I was there on a Friday evening and it took a long time for a waiter to serve us. My girlfriend even had to let them know inside that we would like something to drink. There was more scrub than mint in the tea with mint. Still very tasty. One could still work on the service.

The variety of the breakfast buffet is great and international, but unfortunately the salmon was not chilled and no longer looked fresh. Scrambled eggs, bacon, baked beans, mini meatballs and pancakes were more cold than lukewarm. A little disappointing but recommended if that improves.

unfriendly and bad-tempered service; the simply 0; 50 cents (money is money) withheld and then can no longer be found. also cold food and stale beer. if you ask, things will be "clapped" on the table. In addition, the employees shouldn't complain or complain about the guests; especially not when they are sitting right next door .. that is not an art. I'm not even talking about hygiene (especially at this time) .. this shop has had such unfriendly staff lately; and generally subsided .. as I said; that's really cheeky. when they don't feel like working there; shouldn't take their bad mood out on the guests.

The order was quickly taken by a very friendly service outside, food was delivered quickly and payment was also very fast. There is nothing to complain about. I would like to see such speed in the Extrablatt Café in Herdecke. Top!

Very friendly staff. However, personally, the distance between the tables was too small. But that's just my opinion. Otherwise always gladly again!

Very friendly and forward-looking staff meet good cuisine in a not so unsightly outdoor restaurant in the city center! With the next visit you can add the 5th star! Keep it up!

Unfortunately, a complete disaster. Food was cold, dips the wrong ones, the salad wrinkled and with brown spots. Responded to it with an "Oh .." the still full plate cleared. No word of apology, no offers on how we can solve this problem. After my complaint, the service was stopped at our table. On the invoice, the court appeared at full price (~ € 10). The little special (~ 2 €) was released to me. It's hard to deliver, but seeing customers as a necessary evil is the wrong approach. This shop doesn't see me again. There are far better alternatives in the area that also understand their craft.

Beverage selection is very good. Also seasonal special offers. The food is average for a system catering, nothing special but not bad either. The toilets are unfortunately not very clean and would have to be cleaned more often or be made new.
